Editorial independence
Program staff may support research development, but acceptance decisions belong to the journal’s editorial team. Conflicts of interest require reassignment.

Editorial policies
These policies define the intended operating standard. They remain drafts until the founding editorial board approves them and submissions formally open.
Peer review
Research articles are intended to receive double-anonymous review from at least two independent reviewers. Decisions are accept, minor revision, major revision or reject.
Authorship and contribution
Authors must meet meaningful contribution standards. Every submission includes a CRediT-style contribution statement; gift and ghost authorship are prohibited.
Research involving people
Surveys, interviews, experiments or sensitive personal data require an appropriate ethics determination, informed consent and additional safeguards for minors.
AI use
Generative AI cannot be listed as an author. Material use must be disclosed. Authors remain responsible for accuracy, originality, citations, data and the complete manuscript.
Integrity and plagiarism
Submissions may be screened for overlap, fabricated citations, manipulated data and undisclosed duplicate publication. Suspected misconduct pauses review.
Corrections and retractions
Material errors receive a linked correction. Unreliable or unethical work may be retracted with a permanent public notice and preserved publication record.
Access, copyright and fees
The proposed journal is open access. The final author licence and archiving policy will be published before submissions open. No fee will guarantee acceptance.
Complaints and appeals
Authors may appeal a decision by identifying a procedural or factual error. Appeals are reviewed by an editor who was not responsible for the original decision.
